In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving a reason.

The return must:

• Be reported via the withdrawal form or by email,
• Be returned in its original condition,
• Include all its accessories and tags.

Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

Our rackets are carefully made in Spain.

All our rackets have different characteristics depending on your game, but for beginners we recommend the CERO.

To properly care for a padel racket and extend its life, the most important thing is to protect it from impacts, moisture and temperature changes.

Good habits after every session

• Wipe the surface with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove sand, sweat and dust.
  
• Let the racket air-dry before storing it.
  
• Avoid leaving it in the car trunk: heat and cold quickly damage the inner foam.
  

Essential protection

Overgrip

Change the handle's overgrip regularly.
A worn grip retains moisture and can make your hold less stable.

Frame protector

You can add an adhesive head protector to limit damage from rubbing against the glass or the ground.

Transport and storage

Ideally, use a thermal padel bag. It protects the EVA foam and carbon from temperature swings.

Avoid:

• direct sunlight,
  
• moisture,
  
• a very cold garage,
  
• a car trunk for several hours.
